Student Internships
The Consortium for International Seed Technology Training offers student internships at the Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. levels for short durations (usually 3 to 6 months). These internships are competitive and must be initiated with completion of the CISTT Internship Application form. Internships are typically with faculty in one of the CISTT members and often are associated with a short period of training at a local seed company to learn seed production techniques. In other instances, students will be expected to complete a defined research project with CISTT faculty that leads to publication of a scholarly product. The following are recent examples of students that have completed internships within CISTT participating institutions and their testimonials regarding their academic experience.
