 Determination of seed moisture content. Tetrazolium test. Vigor tests. Rapid tests to evaluate seed quality. Seed quality. Seed pathology (historical events, basic concepts, current status and perspectives). Seed health tests.  Effects of pathogens associated to seeds. Seed health of grain crops.
